A year ago, I went to a nutritionist. She did a food sensitivity test on me and I'm to avoid the following: gluten, dairy, corn, garlic, and coffee. Oh, and sugar, because I have I followed that plan for a whole 3 weeks. I felt great and lost 11 pounds. But the problem is that I can't live without those things completely. So my new plan is to limit {severely} gluten, full-fat dairy, and added garlic. I have gall stones and full-fat, rich foods really puts me in a painful place.
This blog will include recipes, food ideas, exercise plans, and anything else related to healthy eating. This will include lunches for my boys and anything else cool I find or that you want to share.
